The video is pretty easy, even for this gal! You just take pictures or videos, drop them into Muvee (a program that came with my HP Media Center PC) and pick and click templates, music, and stuff. It pretty much does the rest. I love it. I think they are on the web at Muvee.com. My pics never looked so good - or my four-legged creatures!
